Gift Certificate available in several values, numbered and apply to all the orders.
What you must do to obtain a credit or a refunding on an order:- Choose one or more products by adding them to the secured basket.
- Fill out all information carefully.
- Make the full payment with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or PayPal.
- Check that all information are complete and exact before confirming the order.
- An email of confirmation will be automatically sent to you.
- To have in its possession 1 or several original Gift Certificate.
- To answer the email of confirmation immediately by clearly registering the value and the serial number of each one of Gift Certificate.
What you should know:- A maximum of $20 in Gift Certificate is applicable by order.
- Non applicable on the delivery and the taxes.
- The sub-total of the order (before taxes and delivery) must be higher or equal to the amount of the Gift Certificate.
- Each Gift Certificate comprises a single serial number which is color printed.
- Once used, Gift Certificate will not be valid anymore.
- It is suggested to destroy the Gift Certificate after complete reception of the order.
- If information is incomplete or reaches us tardily the credit or refund will not be applied.
- We review all requests before accepting them. We will make every effort to ensure that orders received are reviewed and, once approved, processed the day they are received. Otherwise, they will be processed the next business day.
